What is the best only way to get this little lady to hold still for a picture longer than 0.35 seconds?
You use your mommy skills and play make up what we now like to call The Princess game.
It goes a little something like this: Stella stands in one place for five seconds while I take as much time as possible to ask her which princess she would like to be at that moment. When I can see she won't stand still for one second longer I shout out one of her favorite ladies names and she takes off running in circles while repeating said princess name over and over.
Then we repeat this little game one hundred times.
Yeah, I'm not sure what the appeal is either, but she sure enjoyed it and it gave dear Allyson the chance to capture these wonderful shots.
Ally keeps apologizing that there aren't many when she is simply sitting and smiling for the camera, but I love them just how they are, because they capture perfectly what our days are like with our two year old girl: busy, fun, and full of life!

The pictures are great and I love that they capture so much of her personality. I will have to borrow the idea for that game because trying to get a 2 year old to pose for pictures=near impossible!!
