St. Kitts

Friday we visited St. Kitts, and this is the one day I would change if I could.

This day we considered renting scooters or doing a zip-line excursion, but instead ended up doing some shopping in the morning.

We were able to get some cute dresses for the girls and then we headed back to the ship for lunch.

Before heading to the buffet we made a quick phone call to my mom to check and see if Eliza had been released from the hospital.

We learned that Eliza was still waiting to be discharged, but there was something else that my mom needed to talk to us about.

My heart dropped and I told her I didn't want to know what she had to say.

What else could go wrong?

This time, however; it was good news.  The practice Ryan had interviewed with in Montana was trying very hard to get a hold of him and we needed to call them right away about a probable job offer.

We hung up with my mom and immediatly called the office to learn that Ryan had a job!

Talk about a roller coaster of emotions on this trip!

I think that news kind of took over the day and so after lunch some of us just ended up hanging out on the boat while some others went and explored a little.

While another afternoon relaxing on deck was nice, I wish we would have explored the island a little more as our friends were able to visit some cool churches and take in some awesome views of the island.
