These little ladies are dressed in blue today to honor of their Papa Scott and all those who have been affected by colon cancer.
We hope you are wearing blue today, too.
And, of course, we want to see it if you are:

And just because I love you, here are some ways to reduce your risk of colon cancer (brought to you by the American Cancer Society):
Know your risk- that means those of us with a family history get to have a colonoscopy earlier than the recommended age of 50.
Maintain a healthy weight throughout life
Be physically active
Eat a healthy diet
Limit consumption of alcoholic beverages
Do not use tobacco products
HAVE YOUR FIRST COLONOSCOPY BY THE AGE OF 50!!!
The vision of the Colon Cancer Alliance is to see a world free of colon cancer, where education, early detection, and treatment lead to survivorship for all.
Let's start taking steps today to make that dream a reality.
